FAQ

01

How long will my order take?
Typical turnaround is 3–7 business days after you approve the design proof. Larger orders, custom garments, or busy seasons may take longer. If you need a faster turnaround, ask about rush options (extra fee may apply).

03

What kinds of items can you embroider on?
We can embroider on a wide variety of soft goods: shirts, polos, jackets, hats, bags, towels, caps, patches, and more. Some materials (very thin knits, heavy stretch fabrics) are not ideal and may require adjustments, stabilizers, or using a patch approach instead.

05

How do I care for the embroidered item (washing / maintenance)?
To preserve your embroidery:

  • Turn the garment inside out before washing

  • Use cold or mild washing cycles

  • Avoid bleach

  • Use gentle detergents

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry

  • Iron on reverse side with low heat (avoid direct contact with embroidery)
Following these helps maintain thread integrity, reduces fading, and avoids distortion.

07

What is the proof / approval process?
After digitizing your design, we’ll send you a digital “embroidery proof” (a mock-up of how it will look). You review it and can request minor adjustments. Once you approve, we move into production. If we don’t hear back within a set timeframe (e.g. 3–5 business days), we may proceed to avoid delays.

02

Can you match my logo’s colors?
We maintain a large thread library (hundreds of colors), many Pantone-matched. We’ll do our best to approximate your brand colors. Keep in mind that thread color has limitations (light vs. dark, sheen) and may shift slightly during stitching.

04

Can you embroider a garment I bring in?
Often yes — but it depends on the item. Some garments may not be suitable (too thin fabric, unusual seams, stretch issues) and can pucker or distort. We'll inspect it and let you know if it’s feasible.

06

What factors affect the cost of an embroidery order?
Several:

  • The complexity, size, and stitch count of your design

  • Number of colors

  • Type of garment or material

  • Quantity of pieces (bulk pricing may reduce cost)

  • Setup/digitizing fee

  • Any rush fees

  • If special threads (metallic, glow, etc.) are used

We’ll provide you a quote once we see your design and specs.

08

What file format do you need for logos or artwork?
For best results, we prefer vector artwork (AI, EPS, or PDF from Illustrator/ Corel). But we can also work with high-resolution JPEGs or PNGs and convert them. Once converted, we digitize to an embroidery format (e.g. DST).

09
